Directed by Jeremiah Kipp, The Mortuary Assistant (2026) stars Willa Holland and Paul Sparks. Based on the hit horror video game by Brian Clarke, the film follows mortuary science graduate Rebecca Owens as a routine night shift at River Fields Mortuary turns into a fight against demonic possession and supernatural forces. Combining occult horror, disturbing mortuary procedures and psychological torment, the story expands on the mythology of the original game while remaining faithful to its core premise.
