Children's animation featuring the voice talents of Nick Offerman and Nina Oyama. Miserable Mr. Fish (Offerman) lives a quiet life in a coral reef, just the way he likes it. Mr. Fish's peaceful existance is shattered however when he is approached by a young sea dragon called Pip (Oyama) who needs help expanding her home. As Pip persuades Mr. Fish to accompany her on a quest to seek out a fish called Shimmer (Jordin Sparks) who can grant wishes, the unlikely pair head off on an adventure.
