Directed by Yuki Yase, Undead Unluck (2023 2024) is based on the manga by Yoshifumi Tozuka. The series follows Fuuko Izumo, a girl whose touch brings extreme bad luck, and Andy, an immortal man seeking the perfect death. Together they become entangled in a secret conflict involving supernatural abilities, mysterious organizations and threats to the very rules of reality. Combining explosive action, dark comedy and inventive worldbuilding, the series became one of the standout shonen anime adaptations of the 2020s.
