Directed by Eric Appel, Weird: The Al Yankovic Story stars Daniel Radcliffe as parody music icon Weird Al Yankovic. The film follows Als rise from aspiring accordion player to international success with songs such as My Bologna and Eat It, while simultaneously parodying the conventions of traditional music biopics. Co-written by Weird Al Yankovic himself, the film combines music, comedy and an intentionally exaggerated version of his life story.
