Directed by Simon West, When a Stranger Calls (2006) stars Camilla Belle as a babysitter who begins receiving threatening phone calls while working alone in a remote house. A remake of the 1979 horror film, it expands the babysitter-in-danger premise into a modern home-invasion horror story with psychological suspense and isolation at its core.

Från IMDB:
During a babysitting gig, a high-school student is harassed by an increasingly threatening prank caller.
