Directed by John Glen, Licence to Kill stars Timothy Dalton as James Bond in a darker 007 film where Bond goes rogue after a personal attack connected to drug lord Franz Sanchez. Carey Lowell, Robert Davi and Talisa Soto co-star in a revenge-driven Bond entry shaped by narcotics trafficking, undercover work, betrayal and harder late-1980s action thriller tone. The film stands out in the Bond series for its personal revenge story, drug-cartel villain and Timothy Daltons more serious interpretation of James Bond.

Från IMDB:
