Created by Mark Brotherhood, Ludwig stars David Mitchell as reclusive puzzle designer John Taylor, who assumes the identity of his missing twin brother, a detective chief inspector in Cambridge, in order to discover what happened to him. Anna Maxwell Martin co-stars as Lucy, while Johns unusual approach to logic and puzzles repeatedly draws him into murder investigations. The series combines crime mystery with dry British comedy and an ongoing disappearance case.
