Directed by Andrei Konchalovsky and starring Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell, Tango & Cash pairs two rival narcotics detectives who are framed for murder by crime lord Yves Perret. Sent to prison and forced to work together, they escape and set out to clear their names before taking the fight directly to Perret. The film combines buddy-cop action, prison-break set pieces and broad comedy in a deliberately over-the-top late-1980s style.

Från IMDB:
Framed by their ruthless arch-nemesis, a pair of mismatched LAPD officers must put their differences aside to get even with the brutal crime baron who sent them to rot in a maximum-security prison.
